    I am always disappointed with ny experience at Southgate McDonald's. The chips were stale and cold, making them almost inedible. The wrap lacked flavour and they did not put enough sauce! The service was incredibly slow, which only added to my frustration. To top it off, the fizzy drinks were flat... Overall, it was a letdown and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

    Needed something to eat quicklyWent into McDonald's Southgate.Had their £ special offer, Cheeseburger, large fries, coffee, bonus of chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce.Paid extra for apple pie .Sat next to one of the ordering machines, which were very busy.In my opinion McDonald's should offer, Egg Mc muffins all day, as a way of encouraging more customers in their restaurants.Good service, toilets not available, when I was there but they were being cleaned at the time.Parking: No drive throughKid-friendliness: Plenty of seats and large ramp to counterWheelchair accessibility: Automatically opened doors, flat seating area, Wide long ramp to counter.

    Awful, ordered via McDonald's app, food took ages, everything was cold, ordered large fries and the container wasn’t even full, they tasted awful anyway dry and hard, we all did not enjoy at all. Missing salsa dip with the hard cold mozzarella dippers.. monopoly stickers also missing despite adding on app. Cold food and inedible fries is standard at this branch.
